Our story
Arkitek Tan & Tan Sdn Bhd was founded in 2023 to serve developers and the public across planning, architecture and project management. In a short time it has overseen developments of varying scale — from residential bungalows to commercial schemes and townships.
Our portfolio covers a wide spectrum of building types: residential, resort & hospitality, commercial and industrial. We operate as a small consultancy of fifteen full-time personnel, a team of young professional architects, each committed to improving the quality of architecture around us.
We specialise in practicality with a touch of creativity in every aspect of design and planning. Our philosophy and methodology are honed to optimise time, space and resource — and in doing so, to achieve complete satisfaction for our clients and for ourselves.
