We're a small practice, which means the work you do is visible — on the drawing, on site, and in the finished building. We're always glad to hear from architects and students who care about the craft.
Working here
Fifteen full-time people, led by two directors who still draw. There's no layer of hierarchy between you and the decisions — if you're good, you'll be trusted with real scope early.
Because our commissions run wide — residential, resort and hospitality, retail, sports and education — you won't spend a year detailing the same typology. You'll see projects from first sketch through to handover, and learn how a building actually gets built.
We care about restraint, honest materials and drawings that are properly resolved. If that sounds like how you want to work, we'd like to meet you.

What we look for
Care, curiosity, and a drawing you're proud of.
Formal qualifications matter, but so does how you think. Show us a project you cared about and tell us why — that says more than a list of software.
Familiarity with the tools we use day to day (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe CS) helps, and any site or authority-submission experience is a bonus rather than a requirement.
